ADVERT v1.0
-----------
(C) 1995 Steve Litchfield

Displays company logo (or other single-plane picture) on startup.
For the Psion 3a and Pocketbook II ...
Remains hidden from all but expert eyes, survives "Exit all apps",
RCOM or PsiWin backups etc.

License
-------
This small application is released under the following license:

Home users: freeware, nothing to pay etc.

Business use: (e.g. to show off your logo to customers etc) 5 pounds
per machine installed onto. Please send the cheque to the address at
the bottom of this text file.

It goes without saying that you mustn't re-package this program and/or
sell it on in any way, without express permission from myself.

Installation:
-------------
Install by copying SYS$CMPY.OPO and COMPANY.BIN to any \OPO\ directory
on a Psion 3a. The program will not appear (deliberately) under the
RunOPL icon. To start it running, go to the RunOPL list and press TAB.
Navigate to the disk where you copied the OPO file to, move to
SYS$CMPY.OPO and press ENTER. The program will then start.

Note that it will continue to work until the special hidden process is
killed (by doing Control-shift-Psion-K while the logo is displayed) or
until the machine is soft or hard reset. In other words your average
user wouldn't know how to kill it, which is probably for the best etc.

The COMPANY.BIN file is really just a single-plane PIC file of your
choice. The renaming to a .BIN file is just to stop curious users
spotting what it actually is etc. To replace the 3-Lib logo with your
own, just make a 480 by 160 black-plane bitmap and put it in
\OPO\COMPANY.BIN ...

Work still to be done:
(i) Make the program handle grey plane pictures as well
(ii) Stop (somehow) the user running the program more than once, which is
unlikely, but I'd rather stop it happening anyway!
(iii) Set up a SWREG no. just in case!
